Report a concern1. Our Commitment
iFindMine Services ("iFindMine", "we", "us", or "our") has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of modern slavery. We are committed to maintaining a platform that is safe, ethical, and free from exploitation of any kind.
We recognize that online platforms can be misused by those who seek to exploit vulnerable individuals. We take this responsibility seriously and have implemented policies, tools, and partnerships designed to prevent, detect, and respond to trafficking-related activity on our platform.
2. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iFindMine platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- Recruiting, advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the trafficking of any person for labor or sexual exploitation.
- Posting content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies any form of human trafficking or exploitation.
- Using the platform to arrange or solicit commercial sex acts.
- Exploiting, coercing, or manipulating any individual, including through threats, fraud, or abuse of power.
- Creating accounts on behalf of other individuals for the purpose of commercial exploitation.
- Any activity that violates federal, state, or international anti-trafficking laws, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and the PROTECT Act.
3. Prevention Measures
We have implemented the following measures to prevent trafficking-related activity on our platform:
Profile Verification
Every profile on iFindMine is subject to review and verification. We use a combination of email verification, manual review, and automated detection tools to identify and remove suspicious accounts before they can interact with other members.
Content Moderation
Our moderation team actively monitors profiles, photos, and communications for indicators of trafficking, exploitation, or other prohibited activity. We use both automated systems and human review to flag and investigate suspicious content.
Behavioral Monitoring
We monitor for patterns of behavior that may indicate trafficking, such as accounts that exhibit signs of being controlled by a third party, unusual messaging patterns, or profiles that share characteristics commonly associated with exploitation.
Employee Training
All iFindMine employees and contractors who interact with user content or support requests receive training on recognizing the signs of human trafficking and on our internal reporting and escalation procedures.
4. Detection and Response
When potential trafficking activity is identified, whether through our internal monitoring, user reports, or law enforcement inquiries, we follow a structured response process:
- Immediate suspension of the suspected account(s) to prevent further harm.
- Preservation of all relevant account data, communications, and metadata for investigation and potential law enforcement use.
- Internal investigation by our dedicated trust and safety team.
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) when potential child exploitation is identified.
- Reporting to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, including federal agencies such as the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations, including timely response to valid legal process and requests for information.
5. Reporting Suspected Trafficking
If you suspect that someone on the iFindMine platform is a victim of trafficking, is being exploited, or is engaged in trafficking-related activity, please report it immediately. You can report through any of the following channels:
On-platform reporting
Use the report button on any profile or within any conversation to flag suspicious activity. Select the appropriate category and provide as much detail as possible.
Send a detailed report to safety@ifindmine.com. Include any relevant usernames, profile links, screenshots, or descriptions of the activity.
National Human Trafficking Hotline
Call 1-888-373-7888 or text 233733 (BEFREE). This hotline is operated 24/7 by the Polaris Project and provides support for victims and tips for reporting.
NCMEC CyberTipline
Report suspected child exploitation at www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline.
FBI
Submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov or contact your local FBI field office.
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. You may report anonymously. We will never retaliate against anyone who reports suspected trafficking in good faith.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
iFindMine is committed to working closely with law enforcement agencies at the local, state, federal, and international levels to combat human trafficking. We will:
- Respond promptly and fully to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
- Proactively report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities when we identify it through our monitoring and investigation efforts.
- Preserve account data and evidence when we become aware of potential trafficking activity or upon receiving a valid preservation request from law enforcement.
- Designate a point of contact for law enforcement inquiries related to trafficking and exploitation.

8. Compliance and Legal Framework
This policy is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and its reauthorizations.
- The PROTECT Act (Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today Act).
- The Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA).
- Applicable state anti-trafficking laws.
- International frameworks including the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons.

We regularly review and update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, and industry standards. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
