By accessing or using the iFindMine platform, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Yahoo).

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct poses a risk to the safety of our community.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Service for any commercial, promotional, or advertising purpose without our prior written consent.
• Post, upload, or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access, collect, or interact with the Service.
• Solicit money, passwords, or personal information from other users.
• Engage in any form of harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on your profile, including photos, text, and any other material. By posting content, you grant iFindMine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our Content Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.

All profiles are subject to review. We may reject, remove, or request modifications to profiles that do not meet our guidelines or that we believe to be inauthentic.

To maintain an engaging and safe experience, some profiles on iFindMine may be operated or moderated by trained hosts ("Moderators"). Moderators help facilitate conversation, ensure community guidelines are followed, and enhance the quality of interactions on the platform.

Moderator-operated profiles are created and managed by iFindMine. Messages you receive from these profiles may be composed by Moderators rather than independent users. Moderators may manage more than one profile simultaneously.

All profiles, whether user-created or Moderator-operated, are held to the same community standards and content guidelines. Moderators are not permitted to solicit personal information, request money, or direct users off-platform.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that some of your interactions may be with Moderator-operated profiles. This practice is standard across the moderated social-discovery industry and is designed to provide a better user experience, particularly for new members.

iFindMine uses a credit-based messaging system. Credits are purchased through the Service and are used to send messages to other members. Receiving messages is free.

Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the iFindMine platform. Credit packages and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at our discretion.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from the transaction have been used. To request a refund, contact our support team.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.

iFindMine is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We encourage all members to report any suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behavior through the reporting tools available on the platform.

We review all reports and may take action including, but not limited to, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users who violate these Terms.

While we take reasonable measures to verify profiles and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity, background, or intentions of any user. You are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with other members.

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, software, and all other content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of iFindMine Services ("iFindMine") and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

The iFindMine name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of iFindMine Services. You may not use them without our express written permission.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile, messages, and personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we deem harmful to our community.

Upon termination, any unused credits in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iFindMine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or achieve any particular outcome from using the Service.

iFindMine is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. We are not liable for any damages arising from your interactions with other members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iFindMine Services, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to iFindMine in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
