These Content Guidelines govern all user-generated content on the iFindMine platform, including profile photos, biography text, messages, and any other material you share with other members.
iFindMine is a mainstream dating platform. We do not allow adult, sexually explicit, or escort-related content. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, authentic, and safe environment where real people can build meaningful connections. All members are expected to follow these guidelines. Content that violates them will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
2. Profile Photos
Your photos are the first thing other members see. They should represent you honestly and respectfully.
Accepted
- Clear, recent photos of yourself where your face is visible.
- Photos that show your personality, hobbies, or interests.
- Group photos where it is clear which person you are (we recommend including at least one solo photo).
- Photos taken in public or personal settings that are appropriate for a general audience.
Not Allowed
- Photos of someone other than yourself, including celebrities, models, or fictional characters.
- Sexually explicit or nude content, including implied nudity.
- Photos containing graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery.
- Photos that include children as the primary subject (children may appear incidentally in family photos, but your face must be the focus).
- Photos with overlaid text, watermarks, advertisements, or promotional material.
- Photos that are heavily filtered, distorted, or edited to the point where your appearance is misrepresented.
- Stock photos, memes, or images downloaded from the internet.
- Photos containing weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
3. Profile Bio and Information
Your bio should give other members an honest sense of who you are and what you are looking for.
Accepted
- Genuine descriptions of your interests, personality, lifestyle, and relationship goals.
- Information about your hobbies, career, or values.
- What you are looking for in a partner or connection.
Not Allowed
- False or misleading information about your identity, age, location, or intentions.
- Contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or website URLs.
- Solicitations for money, gifts, or financial support.
- Advertisements, promotions, or commercial content of any kind.
- Sexually explicit language or descriptions.
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats, harassment, or intimidating language.
- References to illegal activity.
4. Messaging
Messages are the core of building connections on iFindMine. All messages should be respectful and appropriate.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and courteous in all conversations.
- Accept that not everyone will respond to your messages, and respect their choice.
- Keep conversations appropriate for a dating context.
Not Allowed
- Unsolicited sexually explicit messages or requests.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop.
- Hate speech or discriminatory remarks.
- Spam, chain messages, or repetitive copy-pasted messages sent to multiple members.
- Soliciting money, financial information, or personal favors.
- Sharing external links to malicious, fraudulent, or inappropriate websites.
- Impersonation or pretending to be someone you are not.
- Attempts to move conversations off-platform for fraudulent purposes.
5. Identity and Authenticity
iFindMine is built on trust. Every member is expected to represent themselves honestly.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
- All profile information should accurately reflect who you are. Misrepresenting your age, gender, appearance, or relationship status is a violation of these guidelines.
- Accounts that appear to be controlled by a third party, operated as part of a scam, or created for commercial purposes will be removed immediately.
- We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time to confirm your identity.
6. Prohibited Content Categories
The following types of content are strictly prohibited across all areas of the platform:
Exploitation
Any content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse of any kind.
Violence
Content that promotes, glorifies, or threatens violence against any individual or group.
Hate Speech
Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Illegal Activity
Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity, including drug use, fraud, or theft.
Harassment
Content intended to bully, intimidate, stalk, or cause emotional distress to another person.
Spam and Fraud
Unsolicited commercial content, phishing attempts, scams, or deceptive practices of any kind.
Self-Harm
Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
Misinformation
Deliberately false or misleading content that could cause harm to individuals or the community.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
Our trust and safety team reviews reported content and conducts proactive monitoring to enforce these guidelines. When a violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove the offending content without notice.
- Issue a warning to the account holder.
- Temporarily restrict account features, such as the ability to send messages or upload photos.
- Temporarily suspend the account pending review.
- Permanently terminate the account.
- Report the activity to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe there is an imminent risk of harm.
The action taken will depend on the severity and nature of the violation, the member's history, and the potential risk to other members. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report through the following channels:
- On-platform: Use the report button available on every profile and within every conversation.
- Email: Send details to support@ifindmine.com with as much context as possible, including screenshots and usernames.
All reports are reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours. Reports are confidential, and we will not disclose the identity of the reporter to the person being reported.
9. Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at support@ifindmine.com. Please include your username and a description of the situation.
Our team will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days. All appeal decisions are final.
10. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Content Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, community standards, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
